NEBLOOM TECH SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED strictly covenants that:

  • No Foundation Model Fine-Tuning: Client text prompts, payload attachments, multimodal catalog imagery, structured customs records, and commercial schemas are NEVER piped into Anthropic Claude or downstream foundation model training sets.
  • Zero Memory Persistence: Once model inference concludes and the encrypted payload streams to your authenticated endpoint, in-memory buffers are flushed using DoD 5220.22-M zero-overwrite techniques.
  • Zero Human Review: Proprietary input streams are protected from human inspection, third-party labeling contractors, or manual telemetric annotation.

In strict compliance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection of Vietnam and European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), NEBLOOM functions exclusively as a Data Processor / Computational Intermediary. We do not aggregate cross-client telemetry, nor do we construct synthetic behavioral dossiers.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Terms

Enterprise subscribers are entitled to execute our pre-ratified Data Processing Addendum conforming with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). The DPA defines technical benchmarks for:

  • Data Subject Rights Orchestration: Rapid automated mechanisms enabling clients to honor erasure, export, or audit requests from end consumers in sub-second SLA bounds.
